Service Description

Paw Pass is perfect for people wanting to enjoy quality time with their pup, but not in an often overwhelming/uncontrolled environment of a public dog park or trail. Access to outdoor areas including: 1/2 acre fully fenced play park stocked with toys for off-leash fun, 1/4 mile moss covered walking loop through forest, creek for dogs to romp in, hammocks, charcoal grill and tables by the pond, an open field perfect for a picnic, 12x12 air-conditioned "zen den" and a locker room with a restroom for hoomans, dog towels and dog life jackets (for once the pond is open for swimming, hopefully soon🤞!) Each pass includes access to 3B’s outdoor areas for 2 people and 2 dogs. Each additional dog is $5, up to 4 dogs. Additional person requires an additional pass. THE ONLY OFF-LEASH area is the fully fenced play park, dogs must be on leash in other areas. Policies: ***Dogs Required, bookings without a dog will be cancelled and not refunded. ***Vet records stating dogs are current on vaccinations need to be emailed prior to visit (titers accepted as alternatives) or booking will be cancelled and not refunded ***MUST be courteous and respectful towards other dogs/guests, no aggressive dogs (or people). *** NO Fishing (we can't risk hooks in dog paws AND fish are our friends) *** No children under 13, anyone under 18 MUST be supervised by an adult the duration of visit. ***NO SMOKING (We're fine with vapes as long as you aren't around other people or dogs. ***NO GUNS (maybe bear spray if you are uncomfortable with possibility of running into wildlife. We don't see them on walks, but we do see them on forest cameras) *** Property is gated, we'll open for you upon arrival. ***Please note: this is a pass for outdoor access to a privately owned, dog friendly Inn. We cannot guarantee there will be other dogs, but there definitely could be. As we are in the mountains, the grounds are uneven and when wet, hills and roots can be slick. We suggest bringing a long lead if you want your dog to have a little more sniff space. ***We know we have a lot of rules, but after months of Helene cleanup and headaches, we need life to be smooth sailing from here on out. We are building a vision of a happy, dogcentric, safe and welcoming environment, rules gotta be in place to make this happen.
