Originally built in the 1940’s, we like to say we’re an eclectic version of an old time roadside hotel meets B&B. A bit of an updated Americana throwback located in the Mountains of Western North Carolina. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway on the winding road between Asheville and Lake Lure / Chimney Rock. 5+ acres with abundant wildlife, wooded walking trails and a beautiful spring fed pond. Whether it’s the city, with its arts and great food, or the mountains and all the outdoor activities, we’re conveniently located in the middle of it all. We offer a comfortable, friendly and unique location for cosmopolitan and road tripping travelers alike. Add to that our niche of accommodating guests traveling with dogs and we are THE “Playcation" destination for people and their four legged family members.

If you've ever traveled with pets you know just how hard it can be to find a place to stay with your dog. We know, we've been there, and that's why we created 3B's Inn Bed Breakfast & Biscuits. Pet friendly lodging EXCLUSIVELY for people traveling with their dogs. We're a gated, Hotel / B&B in the Asheville, NC area. We're more than dog friendly, we're dog ready!  No breed or size restrictions. No extra  room charge just because you enjoy your dog's company on vacation. Every room, suite and cottage is themed differently and specifically designed just for dog lovers with bowls, beds and even extra sheets to cover up the furniture and let your pups pile on. While there is no shortage of area hotels that don't allow pets (some that we'd be happy to recommend), we are the exception with 9 accommodations on the property and every one of them is reserved ONLY for travelers with dogs. Yes, you read that right...

Dogs are not just welcome, they're required!

Traveling with dogs

Dogs are welcome in this Hotel. We never had a dog that smoked in bed and set fire to the blankets. We never had a dog that stole our towels, played the TV too loud. or had a noisy fight with his/her traveling companion. We never had a dog that got drunk and broke up the furniture…so if your dog can vouch for you, you’re welcome too.
