Exclusive property buyouts start at $1,111 for overnight accommodations (2 night minimum). Daytime workshops or gatherings are determined based off needs and exclusivity.

Spring Fed Pond
Refreshing pond for swimming. It's a spot for quiet reflection, bird watching or a refreshing dip to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Enchanted Forest
Lose yourself in the lushness of our moss-covered strolling path. Meander through the forest, past creeks, pausing to enjoy benches, swings, lounge in the hammock or visit with the fairies.

Sleeps 10-14 people (10 king or queen sized beds and 4 sofa beds, 9 private rooms). There are 9 Bathrooms and 3 full kitchens! Full buyout includes exclusive use of the property.
Bungalow
Accommodations include Bam Bam's Bungalow. The layout of this unit is perfect for both privacy and gathering. Has two entry doors, fenced yard and covered porches with serene pond and woodland views.
outdoor space
Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Picnic tables, firepit for gathering, hammocks for a good book. Birdsong in the mornings is incredible, spring peepers are abundant and deer often enjoy clover in the meadow.
Multi purpose space
Get creative! Can be used to gather for meals, covered yoga, crafting, sacred circles and more. The furniture is easily movable, and Inn hosts are here to help!
Outdoor meadow
Discover the tranquility of our serene meadow, the perfect setting for outdoor yoga. Breathe in the fresh air and connect with nature as you flow through your practice amidst lush greenery and gentle breezes.
Innkeepers
Innkeepers on a nearby hike:-) Several great hikes within 10 minutes of 3B's. Innkeepers live in a separate house at 3B's. They are respectful of privacy but also here to help when needed.

3B's has 3 kitchens within the rental space. The multi-purpose space is great for snacks:-)
